  • The free tee is subject to availability and while supplies last.

• Qualifying Purchase:

  • The promotional offer applies to purchases that meet the specified criteria, such as:
    • A minimum purchase amount (e.g., $25 or more).
    • Purchases made during while supplies last (e.g., within the promotional period).
  • The qualifying purchase must be made in a single transaction to be eligible for the free tee.

• Free Tee Details:

  • The free tee is pre-selected by Higher Primate and cannot be exchanged for an alternative item.
  • The free tee may come in random, colors, or designs, as specified by the promotion.
  • Higher Primate reserves the right to substitute the free tee with an item of equal or greater value if the original tee becomes unavailable.

• Limits and Exchanges:

  • Limit per customer: There is no limit on the number of free tees one customer can receive during the promotion (while supplies last).
  • No exchange: The free tee cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or any other item.
  • No returns on free tee.  
  • No returns: If a customer wishes to return or exchange their original purchase, the free tee must also be returned in its original condition, unused and with all tags intact.

  • The promotion has a specified duration or may be subject to availability.
  • The company reserves the right to modify or terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice.
  • If the promotion is terminated, any unclaimed or unredeemed free tees will be forfeited.
